If I could give 6 stars I would. Helene and Jess were lovely hosts. I stayed in the single room for 3 nights and there was plenty of space. The breakfast was amazing.

A lovely little B&B. Very clean and Helene and Jessica very welcoming. Close to the town and beach. Also plenty of parking onsite and WiFi very good. Highly recommend.

A pleasant establishment, operated by a pleasant Mum ( Helene) n Daughter ( Jess ).
A five night stay in “The Annexe” was fine,
breakfast was spot on albeit a little earlier than is what is our norm. Apology’s for the broken glass.
Could be wrong, but the bed appeared on the narrow side, maybe 4’ ?
Wi-Fi dropped out a few times but reconnected. Although the BnB is situated on an “A” road it was only a little busy at times you would expect. The location was fine, close to beach and town centre even using a wheelchair. Parking was not a problem, with spaces. Would use again when we return to Mablethorpe.
